The room guide
Every room, and what to wear in it
The uniform is a short-sleeved top and shorts, and we give you a set at the desk. The bathing areas are separate for men and women, and guests bathe there without swimwear.

Three things to know
What to wear
The uniform top and shorts in every shared room. In the bathing areas, shower first and bathe without swimwear. Tie long hair up and leave jewelry in your locker.
Who may come in
Guests 18 and over. We don't offer a family day or a visit for children.
Ask a doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the sauna, steam, hot pools or a body wrap. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Come in and look around
Walk-ins are welcome, or hold a time with a pass.
