Pricing
How pricing works
What sets the price of a pass or a treatment, and where you see it before you pay.
What decides the price
A pass is priced by when you come and how long you stay: a day pass, an evening pass or a pass with a service. A treatment is priced by its length and its type.

Deposits
Passes and most treatments need no deposit. A deposit may hold a 90-minute massage or a party of four or more, and it goes toward your visit.
Cancelling or running late
Move or cancel a pass up to 24 hours ahead, or 12 for an evening pass. A treatment you arrive late for is shortened, so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Hot stones and a scalp massage are added to a massage or a facial. You choose on the day, and your therapist tells you the price before starting.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Many guests tip the attendant or therapist who looked after them; the desk can tell you how.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards work for any amount, for a pass or a treatment. Buy one online or at the desk; the terms for expiry and refunds are printed on the card.
