Questions before you come
Do I need to book?
No. Walk-ins are welcome every day. Booking holds your time, especially for a treatment.
How early should I arrive?
Twenty minutes before a treatment. With a pass alone, any time before the last entry, two hours before closing.
What should I wear, and what do you provide?
We give you a uniform top and shorts, two towels, slippers and a locker. In the bathing areas, guests bathe without swimwear.
Can I use the heated rooms if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the sauna, steam, hot pools or a body wrap. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Who may come in?
Guests 18 and over. We do not offer a family day or a visit for children.
What does a pass include, and how long can I stay?
A locker, a uniform, towels, every heated room and bath and the lounge. A day pass covers up to six hours and an evening pass up to four.
How do gift cards work?
They work for any amount, for a pass or a treatment. Buy one online or at the desk.
Can I book a group?
Parties of four or more book by phone, so we can set lockers and treatment times together.
Are there lockers, and can I use my phone?
Every guest has a locker. Phones stay in it in the changing and bathing areas, and no photos are taken inside.
What languages do the staff speak?
Korean and English. The team page says who speaks what.
